Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vantagesg.com and your purchase of products from TEMFARMING ("VANTAGE MAX", "we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & FAQ, which form part of these Terms.
1. The seller
Products are sold by TEMFARMING (UEN 53508432C), a registered business in Singapore. Products are manufactured by UD Cos Co., Ltd., Korea. Contact: udcos@naver.com.
2. Accounts
- You may shop as a guest or create an account. Creating an account is optional.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes. TEMFARMING is currently not GST-registered, so no GST is charged. If this changes, prices will reflect GST as required by law.
- For international customers, amounts shown in other currencies (e.g. MYR) are indicative only — you are charged in SGD and your bank or card issuer sets the final exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fees.
- Product images and colours are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to screens and photography.
- Availability is not guaranteed; items may sell out.
- We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a clear pricing or product error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
4. Orders & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we verify your payment and confirm the order.
- Singapore orders: payment is made via PayNow. After transferring, you confirm payment on the site; we verify the transfer against its reference number before shipping.
- International orders (e.g. Malaysia): payment is made by credit/debit card, processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Card payments are charged in SGD.
- We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons including suspected fraud, payment not received, out-of-stock items, or pricing errors.
5. Delivery
- Singapore: free standard delivery. Orders typically ship within 1–2 working days of payment verification and arrive in 2–4 working days.
- Malaysia: delivery fee S$9.90 (free for orders over S$60). Orders are shipped by tracked courier and typically arrive in 3–5 working days (West Malaysia; East Malaysia may take longer). We ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis where available — socks are low/zero-duty items, but any exceptional import charges imposed by customs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Indonesia: delivery fee S$14.90 (free for orders over S$90). Orders are shipped by tracked international courier and typically arrive in 5–10 working days depending on region and customs. Any import duties or taxes imposed by Indonesian customs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary: socks are hygiene-sealed, so opened pairs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; change-of-mind returns are refund-only (no exchanges) with return shipping deducted from the refund (S$5 Singapore / S$15 Malaysia / S$20 Indonesia); faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered in full. Card payments are refunded to the original card; PayNow payments are refunded by PayNow transfer.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights — for Singapore customers, under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law; for Malaysia customers, under the Consumer Protection Act 1999; for Indonesia customers, under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection — for goods that are defective or not as described.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or security, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the VANTAGE MAX brand, logos, text, images, videos and design — is owned by TEMFARMING or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law (including your statutory consumer rights).
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
