This Privacy Policy explains how TEMFARMING ("VANTAGE MAX", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit vantagesg.com, create an account, or place an order. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For customers in Malaysia, we also have regard to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010; for customers in Indonesia, to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described here.
1. What personal data we collect

2. How we use your data

3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the store:
- Delivery partners — your name, address and phone are shared with couriers and shipping platforms (e.g. EasyParcel and its partner couriers such as SingPost, J&T, Ninja Van; for Malaysia, international couriers) to deliver your order
- Stripe — for card payments, your payment is processed by Stripe Payments (PCI-DSS certified); see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
- Google / Firebase — our website hosting, database, sign-in (authentication) and analytics are provided by Google (Firebase & Google Analytics)
- Banks / PayNow — to verify your payment by its reference number
- Authorities — where required by law (including customs declarations for international orders)
Overseas transfer: some service providers (e.g. Google Firebase) may store or process data on servers outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), to keep the site working, remember your cart/session and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, order and transaction records for accounting/tax). Account and saved-profile data are kept until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
6. How we protect your data
- All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS
- Database access is restricted by security rules — each customer can access only their own account and orders; administrative access is limited to authorised staff
- PayNow payment is handled inside your own bank app; card payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your banking credentials or card number
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent to our use of your data (e.g. marketing) at any time
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

9. Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
