1. 서비스
Vantage Run은 2~6명이 같은 실제 마라톤 대회를 목표로 하나의 가상 트랙에서 함께 준비하는 소셜 트레이닝 서비스입니다. 본 서비스는 대회 주최사와 무관하며, 대회 참가 자격이나 기록의 공식 효력을 부여하지 않습니다. 앱에 표시되는 대회 일정은 공개 정보를 바탕으로 제공하는 참고 자료이며, 최종 확인 책임은 이용자와 대회 주최사에 있습니다.
2. 계정
- Apple·Google·이메일 로그인 중 하나로 가입하며, 서비스 내에서는 랜덤 닉네임으로만 활동합니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 계정·로그인 수단의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 앱 내 [프로필 → 계정 삭제]로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
3. 기록의 신뢰 등급

완주 카드에 각인되는 기록은 대회 공식 결과(칩타임)만 사용합니다.
연동 기록은 이용자의 기기(Apple 건강)에서 가져온 값이며, 당사가 그 원본을 제3자에게 재확인하는 절차는 없습니다. 대신 서버가 페이스·거리의 물리적 범위, 일일 등록 상한, 동일 운동 중복, 세션 중첩 등을 검사해 이상 기록을 보류합니다. 즉 랭킹의 신뢰는 "위조가 불가능함"이 아니라 "이상을 탐지해 배제함"에 기반합니다. 기록 위조(타인 캡처 사용, 이미지 재사용, 수치 조작)는 해당 기록을 무효 처리하며, 반복 시 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
4. 유료 서비스 — 랭킹 패스 (자동갱신 구독)
기본 기능(가상 트랙, 방, 기록 등록, 응원, 완주 카드, 랭킹 열람)은 무료입니다. 랭킹에 참가(순위 등재·경쟁)하려면 아래 구독이 필요합니다.

- 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 종료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다.
- 결제는 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.
- 해지는 기기 설정 → Apple ID → 구독에서 언제든 가능하며, 해지해도 남은 기간에는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 무료 체험 기간이 남아 있어도 구독을 구매하면 남은 무료 기간은 소멸됩니다.
- 구독이 만료되면 랭킹 참가만 중단되고, 트랙·방·기록·응원 등 나머지 기능과 데이터는 그대로 유지됩니다.
5. 청약철회 및 환불
- 앱 내 구독의 판매자(merchant of record)는 Apple이며, 결제·청구·환불은 모두 Apple이 처리합니다.
환불 요청은 Apple 지원(reportaproblem.apple.com)으로 접수해 주세요. 운영자는 결제 수단 정보를 취급하지 않습니다.
- 대한민국에 거주하는 이용자에게 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 소비자 보호 강행규정이 적용되는 경우, 해당 규정에 따른 권리(청약철회 등)는 그대로 보장됩니다. 다만 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 경우 같은 법 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 서비스의 중대한 하자로 이용하지 못한 경우 위 문의처로 연락 주시면 Apple 환불 절차를 안내하고 필요한 확인을 지원해 드립니다.
6. 금지 행위
타인 기록 도용·위조, 인증 절차 우회 및 시스템 조작, 자동화 도구를 이용한 비정상 부하 유발, 타인 사칭, 방의 목적 외 사용. 위반 시 기록 보류·랭킹 제외·이용 제한이 적용될 수 있으며, 이상 탐지된 기록은 검토 완료 시까지 랭킹 집계에서 보류됩니다.
7. 커머스 (완주 에디션)
현재 버전에는 실물 상품 판매 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 추후 완주 에디션(한정판 Vantage Max 양말·완주 카드) 판매를 시작할 경우, 판매·배송·교환·환불 조건을 별도로 고지하고 동의를 받은 뒤에만 제공합니다.
8. 건강 관련 고지
본 서비스는 의료·건강 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 러닝은 이용자 본인의 판단과 책임 아래 수행하며, 건강 상태에 따라 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
9. 지식재산권
앱과 콘텐츠(디자인·문구·로고 포함)에 대한 권리는 당사에 있습니다. 이용자가 등록한 기록·닉네임에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 당사는 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서만 이용합니다.
10. 서비스 변경·중단
서비스 내용은 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있으며, 중대한 변경이나 중단 시 앱 내 공지 또는 공개 URL로 사전에 알립니다.
11. 책임의 한계
법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 당사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 제외합니다.
12. 약관 변경
변경 시 시행일과 사유를 명시하여 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전) 앱 내 공지 또는 공개 URL로 알립니다.
13. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 운영자 소재지인 싱가포르 공화국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 싱가포르 법원을 관할로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 소비자 보호 강행규정이 적용되는 경우 그 규정이 우선하며, 대한민국 거주 이용자는 대한민국 소비자 보호 법령에 따른 권리와 대한민국 법원에 소를 제기할 권리를 잃지 않습니다.

1. Service
Vantage Run is a social training service where 2–6 runners prepare for the same real marathon on one shared virtual track. It is not affiliated with any race organizer and confers no official entry eligibility or record validity. Race schedules shown are reference information from public sources; final confirmation rests with you and the organizer.
2. Accounts
Sign in with Apple, Google, or email; inside the service you appear only under a random nickname. Users under 14 are not permitted. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Delete it anytime via Profile → Delete account.

Finisher cards are engraved only with official race results (chip time). Falsified records are voided and repeated abuse may restrict the account.
Synced records are values imported from your own device (Apple Health); we do not re-verify them with a third party. Instead the server checks physical plausibility of pace and distance, daily submission caps, duplicate workouts, and overlapping sessions, and holds anomalous records. Ranking integrity therefore rests on anomaly detection, not on cryptographic proof.
4. Paid service — Ranking Pass (auto-renewable subscription)
Core features (virtual track, rooms, records, cheers, finisher card, viewing rankings) are free. Joining the ranking requires a subscription.

- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours of period end.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- If the subscription lapses, only ranking participation stops — the track, rooms, records, cheers, and all your data remain.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Apple is the merchant of record for in-app subscriptions; Apple handles all payment, billing, and refunds. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never handle payment card data. Where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies (for example, the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), your statutory rights are preserved, subject to the statutory exception for digital content already delivered. If a material defect prevented use, contact us and we will help with Apple's refund process.
6. Prohibited conduct
Uploading forged, altered, or another person's records; circumventing verification or manipulating the system; automated abuse causing abnormal load; impersonation; off-purpose use of rooms. Violations may result in records being held, exclusion from ranking, or restriction of use.
7. Commerce (Finisher Edition)
This version does not include the sale of physical goods. If the Finisher Edition (limited-edition Vantage Max socks and finisher cards) is offered later, separate sales, shipping, exchange, and refund terms will be disclosed and agreed to before any purchase.
8. Health notice
This service does not provide medical or health advice. Run at your own discretion and risk, and consult a professional as appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the App and its content belong to us. You retain rights in the records and nickname you create; we use them only to provide the service.
10. Changes to the service
Features may change as we improve the product; material changes or discontinuation are announced in advance in-app or at the public URL.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, except damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
Changes are announced with an effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes adverse to users).
13. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, where the operator is established, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply, those rules prevail; users resident in Korea retain their rights under Korean consumer law and their right to bring proceedings in Korean courts.
